“I partner with organizations to position people to change the world,” says Dr. Sulla in Insights Success magazine, “It’s all about efficacy — the ability to identify a goal, put a plan in place to achieve it, and then do just that.”

Dr. Sulla compares “automational” technology use to “transformational” technology use. “Technology is more powerful as a “transformational” tool: What can technology allow me to do that I could not do without it?” she says.  Dr. Sulla describes three-dimensional reading and writing as an example of a transformational technology. “It is a transformational technology that changes the way we communicate with others.”

Dr. Sulla also explains the design process: “A design process allows us to create that which does not yet exist: It is the foundation for changing the world!” Dr. Sulla concludes, “Technology, used masterfully, can do much more than automate our lives; it can transform them.”
