Choosing a Focus and a Plan offers a step-by-step plan for making change in your own classroom by focusing on one particular use of technology.

Good intentions can easily become just that! It is difficult to stay on course to achieve technology infusion unless you commit to a specific plan. This section offers a number of goals for using technology in the classroom and encourages the teacher to decide upon a technology infusion goal and design a set of action steps to achieve success. This could easily become a teacher's professional development plan for the year.
