The Toolbox - Sample Activities
This section contains a collection of problem-based activities that infuse technology into the classroom curriculum. They are roughly organized into grade levels. This was done to stress the interdisciplinary nature of the activities rather than try to fit them in a specific area of the curriculum.
Each activity includes a task description and an alternative assessment rubric. In the actual ToolKit you will find individual links to Task, Rubric, Grade Level, Essential Learnings, Participatory Structures, Technology Infusion, Instructional Notes, Assessment, Timeframes, Resources, Classroom Management and How-To Sheets. In this demonstration, we use an Adobe Acrobat PDF file to display the entire contents of the PBL activity. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader, obtain a free copy from Adobe.
