Directions for Windows

After downloading the file, go to your file manager (Window's Explorer) or MyComputer find the directory in which you downloaded this file. Then double-click on the icon of the downloaded file name . Your UnZip utility should automatically unzip it for you. If you do not have an UnZip utility, go to the WinZip web site.

Directions for Macintosh

Place the program StuffIt Expander on your desktop. If you do not have Stuffit Expander, click here and obtain it. Download our file. Take the file and drag and drop it over the StuffIt Expander application on the desktop. This action will automatically expand the .zip file, and a new file will be created on the desktop in Mac format for MS Word on the Mac. Double click this file and MS Word will open the file for you.

Directions for Downloading Adobe Acrobat PDF Files

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files. Click here to obtain it free of charge. Then click on one of IDE's PDF file links and the file will open in your browser. If you want to save it to your hard drive or other storage media, use the floppy disk icon on the Acrobat Reader Toolbar, not your browser toolbar or menu. See illustration below. The illustration also notes the printer icon, which you can use to print the PDF file.

In addition you may right click in Windows computers and save the PDF file directly to your local storage media. Right click and select "Save Target as ..." from the drop down menu and then in the "Save as dialog box" select the destination drive and directory. You may choose to keep the name of the file or change it for your filing needs.
