IDE's Instructional Strategies Specialists consult in client districts in order to bring about substantive change in the teaching and learning process. Using technology infusion as a catalyst for change, they aid teachers and administrators in shifting the traditional paradigm of teaching in order to create enriched learning experiences for students. At least five years of teaching experience in a K-12 classroom and a masters or doctoral degree is required for the current opening. As the position is that of a change agent, excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

IDE is located in Northern New Jersey and has a staff of 13 consultants, support staff and contract workers. Starting salaries range from $50,000 - 75,000 (depending on relevant experience, etc.) Benefits include full individual medical and dental coverage and a 401K plan.
