IDE is currently looking for several educators to add to our team for projects in the tri-state area and Massachusetts. We're looking for both full-time and part-time individuals.

IDE's Educational Technology Specialists consult in client districts on the use of opportunities afforded by today's technology to embrace instructional reform and create enriched learning experiences for students. At least five years teaching experience in a K-12 classroom and a masters or doctoral degree is required for the current opening. As the position is that of a change agent, excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of networks a plus.

IDE is located in Northern New Jersey and has a staff of 13 consultants, support staff and contract workers. Starting salaries range from $50,000 - 75,000 (depending on relevant experience, etc.) as well as a 401K plan. Benefits include full individual dental and medical coverage, mileage reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and use of a laptop computer. IDE also offers a host of professional development opportunities, including monthly book chats and opportunities to attend educational conferences.
