IDE's Educational Reform Specialists consult both in the K-12 and higher education (Schools of Education) setting to bring about substantive change in instructional approach, taking advantage of the tools of technology. Candidates need an earned doctorate, at least 5 years teaching experience in a K-12 or college environment, and a working knowledge of computer technology and applications.
